Oliver Y. Pan is the Senior Manager of the Norton Appraisals. Mr. Pan possesses a master degree in securities and investment of the University of Reading. Mr. Pan has years of extensive experience in business and financial instruments valuation. Before joining Norton Appraisals, he was a research analyst in a fund house. Mr. Pan is a CFA Charter Holder and also a certified holder of Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
