Mr. Wong graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Real Estate of the Greenwich University
in UK. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Mr. Wong is also a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) and Registered Business Valuer of the Hong Kong Business Valuation Forum.
He has been practicing property valuation and consultancy since 1992 when he first started out with Jones Lang Wotton with main focus on valuation of investment properties and portfolio assets for accounting and listing purposes. Job references, among

In 1998, he joined Brooke International Limited as Associate Director of the Corporate Valuation Department, and was in charge of general and corporate valuations in Hong Kong and mainland China.
In 2001, Norton Appraisals was set up providing professional services to a wide spectrum of clients. To date, Norton Appraisals has done well and has enjoyed a good relationship with its clients for whom the company has carried out some major assignments including valuation of public documents, financing and accounting matters.
